As a Senior Project Manager, this position has been established to drive the successful execution and profitability of construction projects by overseeing schedules, budgets, contracts, and client relationships within the company’s scope. The Senior Project Manager will lead teams, coordinate stakeholders, mentor others, and problem-solve complex project challenges. This is an exempt position and may lead and directly manage employees and project operations companywide effectively.

The position of Sr. Estimator has been established to enhance the profitability of the business by producing and assembling bids, budgets, and design build proposals that accurately reflect projects within Baker Electric's scope. The Sr. Estimator will build and maintain relationships with clients, mentor others, and problem solve some of the most complex estimating issues. This an exempt position and may lead and directly manage employees.
